Katie has been training and teaching Aerial Pilates in Irvine since 2017. And she also began practicing Pilates in 2017 and immediately fell in love. She decided to go through BASI comprehensive teacher training and graduated in 2019. After graduation, she is also teaching Pilates in Irvine. She is passionate about Pilates as a low-impact, controlled stretching and strengthening program to help align the body and bring it back to balance. She loves helping others find balance and promoting mindfulness and body awareness. She enjoys many physical activities like snowboarding, hiking, climbing, and swimming. She believes that a strong body can aid with keeping a strong mind.
